How we map plots and check approvals
1. Every plot, traced
Each plot is traced from the society's layout plan and placed on satellite imagery, one by one. Every plot keeps its block, street and number as the plan prints them.
2. Checked by people
Our team checks every society before it is published: plot numbers, streets and block names against the plan. Anything that cannot be read clearly is left blank, never guessed.
3. Kept current
When a society changes its plan, we trace it again. Every map page shows the day its society was last updated.
4. Approvals from the authorities only
A society's approval status comes only from the authorities' own lists, CDA's and RDA's, with a link to their record and the date we checked it. Always confirm on the authority's own site before you pay.
5. A guide, not a survey
The map shows where each plot is and how it sits among its neighbours. The boundaries are traced, not surveyed: for an exact legal measurement, ask the society or a licensed surveyor.
6. Found a mistake?
Use "Report a problem with this plot" on the plot's card on the map, or write to us. Every report is read, and a confirmed mistake is corrected on the map.
The approvals themselves, society by society: CDA & RDA approved societies. Questions or a correction: contact us.
