A dealer’s page carries what he has on the market and how long he has been listing here — never his number. An enquiry on any of his listings reaches him through Jaidad Finder, with the time it arrived.

“Identity documents checked” means staff saw the documents named, on the date given, and nothing more. A dealer whose documents are not yet checked is not thereby suspect; the page says which it is rather than leaving the space blank.

A business badge means our team checked the paper behind it: FBR registered is a tax number on FBR’s Active Taxpayer List, SECP registered company is a certificate of incorporation, and Member names the association on the card. Only the badges a dealer holds are shown.

A verified sale is one where the dealer showed us the paper for it — a pay order, a transfer letter or a society record — and our team checked it. The price is never shown.

A review can be written only by someone who sent this business an enquiry through Jaidad Finder at least a day before, and who has verified their phone number — one review per person and per number, which they can change or withdraw. An agency is reviewed as one business. Reviewers are shown by first name and initial, never by number. The business can reply once, publicly, or ask us to take a review down for breaking the rules; our team decides. Reviews do not change the order of offers on a plot’s page.
